Companies that supply kits of parts will well know the frustration and lost time when they get calls from end users about missing bolts or washers. The time taken to check on this and rectify is expensive and non productive.

With the Ansutek PC based Counting Systems linked  to the customers database our system will display on screen a kit or pack by individual components showing a picture and the count quantity.

Up to 20 scales connect to the system and the operator is prompted to place the correct part on each scale until the light turns green to indicate the correct quantity, or weight.

Once all the components are weighed out, a bar coded label is produced and placed on the Bag or Box.
